What is a hybrid homeschool and how does it work?

Firm Foundations is excited to offer a unique experience through our hybrid homeschool program.  Our program is not a school and not a cooperative but draws on the best aspects of homeschooling and Christian education to provide parents and students with a dynamic teaching and learning experience. Our model supports the role of the parents as the primary educators of their children and comes alongside parents to support their efforts. We strive to create a rich learning environment for students and provide support for parents as they bring their children up in the fear and admonition of the Lord. We employ high academic standards based on the the classical philosophy of education and utilize curricula and a methodology that purposes to educate children as a whole person. Our goal is to provide a sense of community, support, and resources to help your child/children to have a positive and enriching educational experience.

At Firm Foundations we are offering a two day a week program for students in grades 1-12. All courses are taught by qualified Christian instructors, who are passionate about their areas of study. Students attend classes on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30-3:15 and work from home on structured assignments on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

A la carte classes are also available.
